Breakfast
 Breakfast is available from 7.00 hrs to 10.30 hrs. The buffet includes both English and continental food.
Bar
 Trendy Amsterdam starts at the Amstel Botel bar, which is open from 9.00 hrs to 00:45 hrs. The bar has a pool table, a pinball machine, a juke box and PacMan. There are also computers that can be used to view digital photos, find information about Amsterdam or surf the Net. The Internet connection costs 20 Euro cents a minute.
Reception
 The reception is open 24 hours a day. Employees speak at least one foreign language. The Amstel Botel accepts all major credit cards. The reception provides various additional services: hairdryers, wake-up calls, free newspapers, currency exchange, faxing and copying, shoe-cleaning, bicycle and car hire, ironing, luggage drop-off and medical assistance (on request). There is also a lift in the reception area.
Parking
There is free parking for cars and coaches at the Amstel Botel.
